Position Summary
The Office Lead serves as the on-site point of contact for daily operations within the clinic. This role supports team coordination, workflow efficiency, and patient experience while assisting the organization in maintaining standards and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the daytoday lead for front and backoffice staff
- Support daily workflow, patient flow, and scheduling coordination
- Assist onboarding of new team members as needed
- Reinforce company policies, procedures, and expectations
- Help monitor attendance, punctuality, and team accountability
- Address minor employee concerns and escalate to HR/leadership when appropriate
- Ensure a high level of patient service and office organization
- Ensure compliance at the local level with HIPAA, X Ray requirements, HR requirements and other state and federal legal/regulatory requirements
- Assist with implementation of process improvements as needed
- Place supplies orders
- Manage and / or escalate matters related to repairs, maintenance, IT, and day to day operational issues
- 13 years of experience in a medical office setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to support and guide team members in a fastpaced environment
- Emerging leadership capabilities
