Job Title: Contract Strategic Sourcing System Associate Jr.

Duration: 04 Months Contract +, Possibility of Extension

Location: Centennial, CO 80112

Pay rate: $26.00 - 27.60 hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY

Duties:

Supplier enablement: Guide, track and support enabling suppliers in Coupa.

Department: Global Sourcing and Procurement (GSP)

Project-Specific Contribution: Assist with various tasks related to our Coupa implementation - such as data validation, attend various implementation meetings to help coordinate project tasks with our Procurement team, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other miscellaneous tasks.

Coupa System Support: Step in to assist in day-to-day support inquiries from internal users and suppliers regarding Coupa navigation, PO troubleshooting, and policy compliance

Skills:

Technical Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience with Coupa.

Project History: At least one procurement system implementations is a plus.

Process Knowledge: Understanding of the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) process.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can explain "the why" behind a policy just as well as "the how" of a software feature.

Operational Excellence: Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to support resolution.

Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in an independent work environment

Education: Post-secondary education preferred
