The Opportunity
This is a front-line leadership role where you will:
- Own high-value client relationships
Become a trusted advisor to political and nonprofit leaders who rely on you to help drive their mission forward. - Lead strategy that moves the needle
Architect and execute fundraising programs that directly impact election outcomes and organizational growth. - Operate alongside top-tier talent
Collaborate with sharp, driven professionals across copy, creative, data, and production—all aligned around winning. - Make decisions that matter
This is not a support role. You will be expected to think, lead, and deliver at a high level—every day. - Compete—and win

Qualifications
- Passion for conservative politics and advancing mission-driven work
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, fundraising, advertising, nonprofit work, or politics
- Proven ability to build high-trust relationships
- Strong analytical instincts with a data-driven mindset
- Exceptional communication skills
- High level of personal accountability and ownership
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Full-time, in-office role
- Location: Ashburn, VA
- Remote work is not available
