Seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a contract assignment supporting our Consumer Finance Segment.
- Develop a strong understanding of the business segment to become a trusted recruiting partner
- In concert with your leadership team, devise a recruiting strategy to present our story to potential candidates, using an inclusion-focused lens.
- Leverage your market intelligence and the relationships you build to create a pipeline of exceptional talent.
- Source and attract top investment talent, effectively assessing a candidate's fit to the company, team, and position
- Present strengths and weaknesses of leading candidates, and overcome objections in the hiring process.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
- Understand federal and state laws and regulations relating to employment
- Possess a demonstrated expertise in MS Office, Internet Tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) to research, network, and implement inclusion-based recruiting strategy development.
- Minimum of four years of sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience AND Bachelor's degree OR 8 years in full-cycle recruiting in the disciplines mentioned above in place of a degree.
