About the Opportunity: Career Bloc is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager - Operation Manager to join our on-site team in India. Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily BPO operations to ensure adherence to client SLAs and internal quality standards.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the operations team to achieve performance targets.
- Implement process improvements and optimize workflows for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor quality assurance metrics and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
