Production Supervisor

• Supervise Production Personnel. This includes recordkeeping, reviewing, motivating, coaching and working in conjunction with

Human Resources to hire, counsel, terminate and address employee related issues

• Must be able to perform all the responsibilities of the Production Operators and the Lead Production Operator
• Coordinating and supervising new Production Operator orientation and overall training
• Working directly with the Production Manager to schedule and coordinate manufacturing activities
• Supervising all production manufacturing activities daily
• Working with the Production Manager to resolve manufacturing issues
• Alerting the QA department of quality issues, assisting with QA investigations and coordinating the implementation of QA

corrective actions and/or recommendations

• Ensuring all production activities follow cGMPs and standard procedures
• Ensuring all production activities are following the company safety policies
• Reviewing production batch records and logs
