LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing and highly reputable professional services firm to hire an Administrative Assistant to support a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of administrative experience who thrives on organization, enjoys supporting multiple stakeholders, and wants to grow long-term within a professional setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to department leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare materials, and ensure all logistics are handled seamlessly
- Support expense reporting, billing coordination, and general office documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients, maintaining a professional and polished presence
- Assist with onboarding coordination, internal communications, and special projects
- Manage office operations including supplies, mail distribution, and visitor coordination
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and administrative workflows to support team efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–3 years of administrative experience, ideally within a professional services environment (finance, legal, consulting, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and client-facing demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
