The Associate Account Manager is an entry-level client-facing role responsible for supporting and growing Alined’s portfolio of IT consulting and staffing relationships. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery, excellent communication, and ongoing partnership growth.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the recruiting team to support candidate searches, provide client feedback, and ensure alignment between client needs and recruiting efforts
- Manage, support, and grow existing client relationships within assigned accounts.
- Attend client meetings, check-ins, and occasional onsite visits to deepen relationships.
- Assist in new business development efforts, including outreach, pipeline management, and account expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and client alignment
- Track weekly spread, performance metrics, and account results to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong interest in sales, account management, consulting, or IT services.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- High drive, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Ability to work onsite in Chicago’s River North in a hybrid office policy
- A genuine desire to learn the IT consulting and services industry.
