BSA Compliance Program Analyst

An exciting opportunity with a Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) institution that partners with leading fintech companies to power modern payments and embedded finance programs.

The team is looking to add a Payments Compliance professional responsible for oversight of new and existing payments programs, with a strong focus on BSA/AML and OFAC compliance. This role will oversee program managers and third-party partners, conduct risk assessments during onboarding and program changes, and identify AML, fraud, and regulatory compliance risks across payments and card programs.

The position works closely with internal stakeholders and fintech partners to support regulatory examinations, audits, ongoing monitoring, and remediation initiatives while helping strengthen the overall payments compliance framework.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office.

Overview:

• Oversees payment program managers to ensure adherence to BSA/AML, OFAC, and servicing agreement requirements.
• Performs risk assessments for new programs, program changes, and third-party payment partners.
• Reviews program documentation, audits, and examinations to identify compliance and money-laundering risks.
• Recommends solutions to address operational and regulatory vulnerabilities.
• Monitors industry trends and emerging AML/fraud risks impacting program oversight.
• Supports onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and risk management of third-party partners.
• Assists with audit remediation, regulatory findings tracking, and KYC/CIP evaluations.
• Maintains compliance with bank policies, confidentiality standards, and BSA/AML regulations while utilizing internal systems and tools.
