Role Overview
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, the Territory Manager will be responsible for delivering sales targets through new business acquisition and growth within an existing customer base.
This is a retail-focused role, managing the P&C and Independent Grocery channels only, in and around Camden, Penrith, the Lower Blue Mountains, Marsden Park, Seven Hills, and St Mary’s areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Achieve volume, revenue, and margin targets; grow sales within existing customers; generate new business through leads, campaigns, and cold calling.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers; maintain consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement brand and promotional strategies; manage pricing, discounts, and terms.
- Territory Management: Develop and execute a territory sales plan; maintain accurate customer details.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and visibility; work with franchise partners on sales activities.
- Market Insights & Reporting: Provide market information to management; complete sales reports on time.
