For our US Region we are looking for a Outside Sales Representative to handle South Florida territory.
The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage and implement prospecting tools
- Qualify and pursue incoming leads
- Daily prospecting
- Establish new business in South Florida
- Work with in Salesforce CRM
- Create marketing campaigns and strategies for their territory
- Day-to-day account/relationship management
- Conduct sales presentations in person and virtually
- Track production and project timelines, communicating updates to the client as needed
- Maintain a consistent and growing pipeline
- Conduct daily outreach / cold calling to support new business efforts.
- Track active prospects in pipeline, note updates, and manage follow-up timelines.
- Analyze existing small or dormant accounts
- Join and attend local networking events
- Comfortable cross and upselling
Key Experiences
- Experience with outside sales B2B sales
- Hospitality/ Luxury background is preferred but not required
- Understanding of design, purchasing, management groups and hotel sales
- Must be Bi-Lingual Spanish/English
Key Knowledge & Competenticies
- CRM/Salesforce
- Profficient in MS Office
- Degree in business, marketing or related field preferred but not required
- Organized, effective, problem solver who is self-motivated and team-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and self motivated
