The Opportunity
SIG is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day (and eventually own) our owned-channel ecosystem, with a focus on our email program. You'll report to the VP of Marketing and work alongside the team at our Charleston, SC headquarters.
This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, executes with precision, and wants to leave a real mark. You'll help design the architecture that turns audience signals into timely, relevant communications. You'll push our brand forward across every channel you touch and work hand-in-hand with a dynamic sales organization. What You’ll Do
Elevate Our Email Program
- Lead day-to-day strategy, execution, and optimization of our email communications
- Refresh and maintain lifecycle marketing journeys like the Welcome Series, New Property Announcements, VIP Nurture, Lead Warming sequences, Re-engagement flows, and more
- Implement CRM-triggered automations that respond to real-time client and prospect behavior, ensuring no warm contact slips through without a meaningful follow-up
- Manage list health, segmentation logic and preference center
- Manage the email platform and vendor relationships
- Grow our email list and convert highly engaged email subscribers into Signature Group members — our VIP client portal
- Test exploratory channels and find new ways for us to connect with our clients, like testing SMS or piloting a WhatsApp channel
- Evaluate emerging channels and bring well-reasoned recommendations for what to test next
- Track and communicate performance across email and exploratory (SMS, Whatsapp channels)
- Run structured A/B tests across subject lines, send times, creative, and landing pages; bring the data to back your decisions
- Lead day-to-day execution of domain health programs
- 3+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, email, and/or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with email platforms and marketing automation (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
- Understanding of and/or experience with sales CRMs (bonus if you can translate client behavior data into smart and timely marketing!)
- Strong writer — subject lines that get opened, copy that converts, briefs a designer can execute
- AI-curious and intentional — you use AI tools to improve outcomes, not replace your creativity or critical thinking
- Background in commercial real estate, financial services, B2B, or HNW/luxury marketing – Familiarity with Salesforce
- Experience managing or growing a loyalty or membership platform
- Detail-oriented and dependable — you take pride learning the gritty details, mastery of a subject, and getting it right
- A builder mindset, you're energized by setting something up from scratch, not just maintaining what exists
- Client-first, You protect the interests of our clients – starting with our own advisors
- Curious about what motivates commercial real estate investors and professionals, and how communications can move them
