Marketing Manager (C&I)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team in the renewable energy industry. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and market positioning for our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for C&I solar solutions.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email marketing, and other platforms.
• Create marketing materials including presentations, brochures, case studies, and social media content.
• Support business development initiatives through lead generation and brand positioning activities.
• Organize and coordinate industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage corporate branding and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare management reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in renewable energy, solar, engineering, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of C&I solar market and renewable energy industry trends is an added advantage.
• Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and content creation skills.
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
