An exciting opportunity to join a well-established, market-leading organisation within the insurance and agricultural sector. This role will take ownership of delivering a high-impact agri marketing and events programme, playing a key role in strengthening brand presence, stakeholder engagement, and commercial outcomes across the industry.

The Role

• Develop and deliver the annual agri marketing and events plan aligned to business KPIs
• Manage and optimise a busy calendar of events including shows, conferences, exhibitions and awards
• Oversee sponsorship activations and ensure maximum return on investment
• Build and manage relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key industry stakeholders
• Lead communication and PR strategies to promote events internally and externally
• Track, evaluate and report on event performance, recommending improvements where needed
• Present quarterly updates to senior stakeholders and contribute to board-level reporting
• Support ESG initiatives and integrate them into marketing and event activity
• Work closely with agency partners to deliver high-quality, impactful campaigns
• Monitor budgets carefully, ensuring delivery in line with procurement guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing and hands on event management
• Strong knowledge of the agricultural sector is essential
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver large-scale events
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on ROI and performance measurement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, energetic and comfortable working cross-functionally
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture or a related discipline is preferred
