Job Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Brand Manager to take ownership of our portfolio of leading power, connectivity, and infrastructure brands, including Neutrik, Surgex and VD.
This is a pivotal role where you will act as the primary point of contact for our vendors, driving joint success plans, revenue growth, and market expansion across the region. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will play a key role in shaping brand strategy, strengthening partnerships, and delivering measurable commercial results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and develop strategic relationships with key vendors, aligning on growth objectives and market opportunities
- Translate vendor goals into actionable sales and marketing plans
- Drive demand through active engagement with partners, consultants, and end users
- Forecast sales and plan stock to ensure optimal availability of critical infrastructure products
- Monitor inventory health, proactively managing aging or slow-moving stock
- Lead commercial activities including pricing strategy, negotiations, and project acquisition
- Work cross-functionally with technical, sales, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Build and promote strong reference projects and case studies within the region
- Deliver quarterly business reviews, including performance tracking and forward strategy
- Support expansion by identifying and onboarding new channel partners across the Middle East
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in AV, connectivity, power, or infrastructure solutions
- Strong background in vendor or product management, ideally within distribution
- Commercially smart with experience in forecasting, pricing, and negotiations
- Solid understanding of stock management
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence both internally and externally
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
