Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Persuade and influence clients through strong pitch delivery and objection handling
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Convert inquiries and warm leads into successful sales
- Assist clients with account opening and first deposit
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
- Build rapport with customers using a professional and energetic communication style
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Fluent Hindi speakers only
- 1–2 years of experience in relation manager, Portfolio Manager, Retention Specialist
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
