Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Media)

As our Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Media), you will be the primary architect of PERGOLUX’s paid acquisition engine across North America, taking full ownership of a multi-million dollar annual budget. We are looking for a high-execution specialist who lives in the data, scales winning strategies with precision, and takes pride in driving measurable growth. This is not a remote position. You are required to work on-site in our Vancouver office Monday to Thursday, with work-from-home Fridays.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Full-Funnel Execution: Directly manage and optimize high-performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to ensure consistent daily growth.
• Scale High-Impact Budgets: Oversee and scale monthly spends of $500K+, utilizing data-driven insights to maximize efficiency and capture market share.
• Optimize Through Testing: Lead relentless A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels to continuously improve ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
• Master Performance Data: Monitor campaign trends daily, turning complex analytics into immediate, actionable optimizations that move the needle.
• Collaborate for Excellence: Work cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing assets that align with our premium brand.

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-On Expertise: 4–6 years of direct experience managing paid media, with a proven track record of platform mastery in Meta and Google Ads.
• Scaling Success: Demonstrated ability to manage and effectively scale monthly budgets exceeding $300K while maintaining performance targets.
• Analytical Precision: A deep understanding of performance metrics—including ROAS, CAC, and Contribution Margin—and how to manipulate them for growth.
• Execution-First Mindset: A preference for being "in-platform" daily, prioritizing tangible optimizations and results over abstract theory.
• High Degree of Ownership: A proactive, high-accountability approach to performance, thriving in a fast-paced, international e-commerce environment.
