Job Description

WHAT WE'RE DOING

At Lockheed Martin, we’re driving mission readiness by delivering dependable Ground Support Equipment and Sustainment Solutions (GSESS) for some of the most advanced military platforms in the world. Our work directly supports the operational success of our warfighters by ensuring systems are sustained, maintained, and mission-ready when and where they’re needed.

THE WORK

In this role, you’ll operate within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment supporting the F-35 program. Reporting to the Material Readiness Lead, you will collaborate cross-functionally with program managers, customers, senior leaders, and support teams to ensure successful execution of sustainment initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

Managing schedules, budgets, and project status reporting

Executing Earned Value (EV) requirements and analyzing performance metrics

Performing Cost Account Manager (CAM) duties and providing EVMS oversight

Facilitating Risk & Opportunity Management

Participating in technical and programmatic reviews, briefings, and meetings

Supporting on-time delivery of contract-compliant products

Coordinating administrative and day-to-day operational functions

Driving resolution of project issues to meet performance, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives
