This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity for a highly consultative sales professional who thrives in relationship-driven environments and enjoys navigating complex stakeholder organizations.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Develop and expand relationships with insurance agents, brokers, and dealership executives nationwide
• Lead executive-level presentations with dealership principals, CFOs, controllers, and general managers
• Drive dealership adoption of an insurance-backed transportation solution designed to reduce transit-related exposure
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and stakeholder engagement through onboarding and implementation
• Conduct end-user demonstrations and coordinate successful account transitions to internal account management teams
• Build and manage a high-volume pipeline while helping scale a rapidly growing business
🔹 Ideal Background:
• 5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience
• Experience within automotive retail, dealer services, transportation/logistics, commercial insurance, or related industries
• Strong presentation skills with experience selling into complex organizations and multi-decision-maker environments
• Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence adoption across dealership groups
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
