I’m currently partnering with a growing aerospace manufacturer in San Antonio that’s looking to bring on multiple Program Managers (PM I / II / III) to support a strong pipeline of new and existing programs.
These roles are heavily focused on execution, customer interaction, and cross-functional leadership—ideal for someone who enjoys being in the middle of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own program execution across cost, schedule, and technical performance
- Lead daily stand-ups and drive alignment across internal teams
- Build and maintain customer relationships (government + commercial programs)
- Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, and deliverables (CDRLs)
- Monitor performance using EVM and communicate status in PMRs
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation across stakeholders
- Support supplier/subcontractor coordination as needed
What they’re looking for:
- Experience in program/project management within aerospace or manufacturing
- Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally
- Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar
- Exposure to EVM, scheduling, and customer-facing programs
- PMP is a plus
Levels:
- PM I: Early career / growth role (1–3 years experience)
- PM II: Mid-level (3–5+ years, independent program ownership)
- PM III: Senior-level (complex programs, leadership/mentorship responsibilities)
