- Days and hours by agreement, with availability required Mondays and Thursdays
- Hourly Rate range $37.17 - $41.63 per hour + 12% super

The Role
Reporting to the Accounts Payable and
Payroll Coordinator and based in Windsor, the purpose of this position is to
provide accounts payable and payroll functions within the Financial Services branch
and provide efficient and courteous service to internal and external customers
of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and process all invoices and credit notes in an accurate and timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts to their statements to ensure accurate and correct payments.
- Complete administrative and payroll processes, data entry and recordkeeping
- Assist employees with resolving payroll, timesheet, employee relations and leave related enquiries
organisational skills to effectively support the team and foster constructive,
collaborative relationships with all stakeholders. You will be team-oriented
and demonstrate a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
A keen attention to detail, the ability to perform efficiently under pressure,
and a high standard of integrity are essential.
Essential Criteria
- Higher School Certificate or demonstrated equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience for 1 or more years in accounts payable or payroll processing
- Working knowledge of superannuation and taxation legislation
- High Level computer literacy with a demonstrated ability to use a broad range of Microsoft applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- The right to live and work in Australia
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Class C Driver Licence
- Successful applicants will be required to undergo background (police) checks and medical declaration
- Previous experience with Technology Once HRP and Financials
- Knowledge of award interpretation and current industrial relations matters
