Compensation Structure (Commission-Based)

This role is currently structured as a performance-based commission position with uncapped earning potential.

High-performing managers may become eligible for monthly retainers or expanded compensation structures over time based on creator roster growth, deal flow, and overall contribution to the company.

Industry Events & Team Meetups

Opportunities to attend creator events, brand activations, and occasional company meetups across the US and UK.

We are looking for ambitious, relationship-driven Talent Managers who understand internet culture, communicate effectively, and are passionate about helping creators grow their businesses and personal brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with creators across the roster
• Build long-term trust with creators through consistent communication and strategic guidance
• Negotiate and secure brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
• Work directly with brands, agencies, labels, and marketing teams
• Support creators in growing revenue, positioning, and long-term career opportunities
• Utilize internal systems and operational workflows to maximize efficiency
• Maintain organization across creator pipelines, campaigns, and active partnerships

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong understanding of Gen-Z internet culture and the creator economy
• Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, social media, or digital marketing
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable negotiating partnerships and managing ongoing client relationships
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging creator trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with creators, agencies, or brands
• Experience negotiating and closing brand partnerships
• Previous experience managing creator partnerships or talent rosters
• Background in sales, partnerships, or business development
• Prior agency experience
