Established for over 10 years, this organisation has built Australia’s largest online community of buyers and sellers and continues to redefine the sector through cutting‑edge technology and digital innovation. With strong growth across Australia and increasing international interest, the business is now looking to appoint a Commercial Director to support their next phase of commercial expansion.
Your Role and Impact
As Commercial Director, you will take ownership of leading and developing an Inside Sales team, lead an expanding Field-Based Sales team, After-Sales Reps, and 2 Marketing Coordinators. You will play a critical role in shaping the commercial strategy, driving new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships across a portfolio some key accounts.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proven track record in leading and managing a sales team within a B2B, KPI‑driven environment
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high‑performing sales representatives Inside & On the Road.
- Strong strategic sales capability, including identifying growth opportunities and shaping new service offerings
- Experience providing Marketing team with clear briefs, deadlines, and direction
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse industry stakeholders
- Confidence managing key accounts and driving revenue outcomes
- Highly proficient in CRM management
