About The Organization
All Things Black and Beautiful is a social enterprise advancing economic development by expanding visibility, market access, and growth opportunities for Black and African-owned businesses.
We provide essential resources, personalized coaching, and strategic networks that help business owners scale with clarity and intention. Through the Black Business Network (our peer-driven community) and the Black Business Live podcast, we pair real stories with practical insight to support growth that is both achievable and sustainable.
Many Black and African business owners are building under pressure; often as side ventures while navigating structural and socioeconomic barriers. We exist to change that. Together with our partners, we are strengthening business ecosystems and cultivating resilient communities. We are now a 501(c)(3) organization laying the foundations for more scalable impact.
