We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Network Architect / Network Engineering Lead with strong enterprise networking experience to support and lead critical infrastructure initiatives across retail stores, data centers, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor two senior network staff augmentation contractors

Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure

Create architecture diagrams and technical documentation

Present network designs and solutions to Enterprise Architecture teams

Troubleshoot complex networking issues across stores, data centers, and cloud connectivity

Provide hands-on support at onsite locations when required

Ensure stable connectivity between HQ, Azure, AWS, and virtual data centers

Environment

Meraki MX68, MS Switches, and MR Access Points across retail stores

Virtual data centers in Equinix Ashburn and Silicon Valley

Nexus and Cisco C9300 switches within the data center

Hybrid cloud connectivity with Azure and AWS

Required Skills

CCIE-level networking knowledge (Certification preferred but not mandatory)

Strong experience with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst 9300, and Meraki environments

Deep understanding of enterprise routing, switching, wireless, and cloud networking

Experience with network architecture, documentation, and design presentations

Hands-on troubleshooting and operational support experience
