Role Overview
Turbo National Title is hiring a relationship-first sales professional to grow business through mortgage and real estate referral partners. This is not an inside sale, script-based role. It is a role of relationships built on credibility, trust, and follow-through.
You will work remotely, but you must be based in Arizona, with a strong preference for Phoenix, because in-person relationship building matters in this market. Turbo can take deals nationally, but this hire is focused on building local presence and momentum in Arizona as well as nationally.
This is a small team and we are hiring as soon as possible. What matters most is whether you can bring in business quickly through real relationships.
What You’ll Work On
- Turning existing relationships with mortgage brokers, lenders, and real estate professionals into consistent title orders
- Building new relationships in Arizona through in-person visits and local network development
- Helping referral partners avoid common title problems: slow communication, delayed commitments, and execution issues that can derail deals
- Representing Turbo in the market with a clear point of view and a differentiated offering, including title commitments in approximately 3 hours
- Creating repeatable partner relationships that produce recurring business, not one-off deals
What “good” looks like here is simple: orders and recurring partners, with an expectation of meaningful activity early, not a slow ramp.
Technical Expectations
This is a sales role, but candidates will do best if they can work the “full system” around a title order and speak the language of the mortgage world.
- Comfortable selling in a deal-driven environment where execution and responsiveness matter
- Able to explain the value of faster title commitments and reliable communication to mortgage and real estate partners
- Able to work independently in a remote setup and stay organized without heavy structure
- Will partner with an operations team behind the scenes to support the orders that come in
Ideal Background Signals
We are open to different titles and paths. What matters is proof of relationships and the ability to convert them into business quickly.
Strong signals include:
- Experience in or close to mortgage and lending, with real relationships you can activate
- Background such as loan officer, mortgage account executive, branch leader, mortgage recruiting, title/escrow sales, or similar network-heavy roles
- You are confident you can produce early because you already know the people who will send orders
- You are personable, direct, and comfortable walking into rooms and building trust fast
- You are not transactional or overly scripted and you can operate with urgency and good judgment
Compensation:
- Base salary: $60,000 to $95,000 (depending on the candidate) + Commission
