Analogin' is a photobooth and specialty coffee space located in El Born, Barcelona. We designed a space where people can slow down, connect, and leave with something physical, a Barcelona Souvenir.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Brand Manager based in Barcelona. The role covers the full brand and content strategy for Analogin' — managing our UGC ecosystem, building visual brand identity, creating differentiated content across Instagram and TikTok, and closing collaborations with celebrities and cultural profiles.


Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in marketing, brand, or content — ideally in lifestyle, hospitality, or culture
  • Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram, not just how to use them but why things work
  • Graphic design skills and a strong aesthetic sensibility
  • Experience managing UGC creators or influencer relationships
  • Ability to think in brand, not just in content
  • Fluent English — non-negotiable
  • Based in Barcelona, on-site — non-negotiable
  • Paid media knowledge is a plus
