We are looking for a Marketing Tech Ops Manager who will own the operations and automation of our marketing engine. We are looking for someone who will own and develop our MarTech stack and serve as a key technical partner to the marketing team. You’ll work closely with marketing, RevOps, and the analytics team, with the opportunity to grow into broader ownership over time.

Requirements:
What you’ll need:
- Around 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including building workflows, managing integrations, and maintaining clean, reliable data
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and data teams
- Comfort working with data — not just reporting on it, but understanding what matters and how to measure success
- Interest in using AI tools and LLMs to improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks
