Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery operations across multiple open mandates and accounts
- Interrogate and clarify JDs before briefing recruiters
- Perform quality checks on all profiles before client submission
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback loops, and offer-stage coordination
- Maintain the delivery tracker as the single source of truth
- Manage hiring manager relationships below VP level
- Communicate only critical exceptions to Client Partners
- 2–6 years of experience in delivery, account management, or operations in staffing/talent environments

- Maintains high quality standards under pressure
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and giving constructive feedback
- Able to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously without loss of quality
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
