Role Summary:
Account Manager with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience working in or with enterprise brands. Must have a knack and love for marketing, b2b businesses, client management and upselling. This role requires a high level of understanding of business drivers and an ability or willingness to translate knowledge into outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in handling communication strategies and execution for B2B brands
- Ability to work with and work on clients’ strategic positioning and planning in an enterprise landscape
- Scope project requirements and prepare budget
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and handle delivery
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Guide clients in branding, positioning and marketing implementation
- Research industries and markets to identify growth opportunities for clients
- Ability to appreciate technology and its role in building brands
- Excellent communicator, especially with senior client members
- Excellent people skills and ability to interact with different teams
Qualifications:
- 2+years of minimum marketing experience with B2B brands
- An MBA could be a bonus
- Digital marketing agency experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
