- Lead and coach a team of Patient Care Consultants to support practice programs and meet patient demand
- Develop PCCs through personalized coaching plans, targeted skill-building, and regular in-field visits
- Focus on sales talent management by ensuring proper hiring practices, staffing sales roles, and supporting onboarding and training
- Monitor KPIs and review live and recorded consults to identify coaching opportunities
- Deliver targeted, results-driven coaching that improves treatment acceptance and elevates consult quality
- Review recorded consults weekly and provide timely, actionable feedback to enhance individual and team performance
- Continuously refine coaching techniques and share best practices across the network to strengthen program-wide effectiveness
- Support onboarding and development of new hires, ensuring strong foundational understanding of the consult process
- Deliver training content in group settings—both live and virtual—to drive skill growth at scale
- Invest in ongoing learning and complete required training to remain current and effective as a coach
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of previous sales or training experience, preferably within the dental industry
- 2+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 80%
- Demonstrated ability to teach sales processes, deliver targeted coaching, and motivate others
- Strong aptitude for training, performance management, and giving clear, actionable feedback
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to influence consult quality and drive performance across a diverse team
