Hannah Architects is seeking a Project Manager / Project Architect with 10+ years of experience to join our growing team. We are looking for a collaborative design professional who is passionate about thoughtful architecture, adaptive reuse, and creating impactful spaces rooted in community, context, and culture.

Our work spans workplace, mixed-use, hospitality, and redevelopment projects, with a strong focus on urban revitalization and design-forward solutions throughout Detroit and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases of design and construction
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Oversee construction documentation and consultant coordination
• Mentor junior staff and support team collaboration
• Participate in client presentations and project strategy discussions
• Ensure design intent and technical quality are maintained throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional architectural experience
• Strong technical knowledge and project management experience
• Experience leading consultant coordination and construction administration
• Proficiency in Revit required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative studio environment
