Senior Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business & Systems Analyst to lead a small team of analysts and play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of our next-generation custom ERP platform at SKTes.

Operating across 40+ global sites, this role sits at the heart of a major transformation programme and will bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.

You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to ensure requirements are clearly defined, solutions are well designed, and delivery is aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of Business & Systems Analysts, establishing standards and best practices
• Create functional specifications
• Create technical specifications
• Translate user stories and acceptance criteria
• Create Figma wireframes and prototypes to support solution design and user journeys
• Define and document data flows, system interactions, and integration points
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure scalable and effective ERP solutions
• Support Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and ways of working

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Business & Systems Analyst
• Strong experience delivering ERP solutions (essential)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Wireframing tools such as Figma (essential)
• Technical specification documentation
• Data flow and system design
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data architecture
• Experience working in Agile / SCRUM environments
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across global teams
• Willingness to work unsociable hours, we are a global business with a global team
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior role

Desirable

• Experience in Recycling, Manufacturing or ITAD
• Experience working on custom-built ERP platforms
• Exposure to multi-site, international organisations

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Relevant certifications (desirable):
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or BCS Business Analysis
• Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner)

This is a remote role based on the East Coast of the United States, with the ability to commute to our Fredericksburg, Virginia facility, and will require occasional international travel.
