Key Responsibilities Include
- Plan, manage, and execute a wide range of corporate events including annual meetings, grand openings, investor events, trade shows, and community engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define event goals, budgets, and success metrics
- Identify and secure venues, vendors, and necessary permits to support event execution
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate logistics including catering, audiovisual needs, entertainment, and guest experience
- Oversee invitation management, attendee tracking, and event communications
- Ensure seamless on-site execution and troubleshoot issues in real time
- Provide post-event reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership
- Maintain and manage the company-wide events calendar
- Support brand promotion and marketing efforts tied to events
- Event technology platform management (i.e. digital invitations, RSVP management, event applications, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in event planning, corporate events, or related field
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and logistics with precision
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical savvy with event management software platforms.
