Job Title: Electrical Project Manager - Mission Critical Division
Location: Boise, Idaho (some candidates eligible for paid travel, depending on current location)
Salary Range: $130k to $170k (negotiable, depending on experience)

We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager, with experience in mission critical, manufacturing facilities, cleanroom, healthcare, higher educational, or data center projects, who wants to join a union shop with over 1.5k employees, and over half a century of success under their belt.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and coordinate all phases of the electrical project lifecycle—from pre-construction planning, estimating and budgeting through execution, commissioning and close-out—ensuring completion on time, within budget and to quality standards
- Oversee and manage project teams (project managers, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors), ensure compliance with contract terms, drawings and specifications, track change orders/RFIs/submittals and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor and control project financials including cost forecasting, margin protection, billing/progress payments, resource loading and productivity metrics, while maintaining adherence to safety and regulatory standards
- Establish both quantitative and qualitative goals and objectives for each project
- Provide direction, technical advice and guidance for the development of the project including the construction documents, coordination with consultants
- Provide training, support and mentoring to team members, as well as participating in professional development reviews
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with teammates, consultants, contractors and agencies
Must Haves:
- At least 7-10+ years experience in a Project Manager position at an electrical contractor
- Based near Boise, or willing to travel (per diem GSA rate eligible)
Preferred:
- IBEW/ECM Apprenticeship, Construction Management degree, Electrical Engineering degree, or similar preferred
