About the Role

Ridhira Group is seeking a dynamic and product-driven technology leader to lead the company’s digital innovation, product strategy, and technology ecosystem across wellness, hospitality, healthcare, retreats, and AI-powered customer experiences.

The ideal candidate should have a strong Product Management background along with deep expertise in technology architecture, SaaS platform development, AI/ML integration, cloud systems, and scalable digital product execution. The role requires someone who can bridge business vision, customer experience, and technology execution while building scalable digital products from 0 to 1.

This role will closely work with business stakeholders, founders, operations, wellness teams, and marketing teams to conceptualize, build, and scale customer-centric digital platforms for the Ridhira ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Innovation

• Own the overall product and technology roadmap for Ridhira Group’s digital ecosystem.
• Drive product vision, product lifecycle management, feature prioritization, and platform scalability.
• Identify customer pain points and convert business requirements into scalable digital products.
• Lead product discovery, wireframing, prototyping, MVP development, and product launch initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, operations, wellness, and hospitality teams to design seamless customer journeys.
• Build AI-driven personalized customer experiences across wellness, retreat, healthcare, and hospitality platforms.
• Define KPIs, product success metrics, user engagement strategies, and platform adoption plans.

Technology Leadership

• Architect and oversee scalable cloud-native SaaS platforms using microservice architecture.
• Lead engineering teams across web, mobile, backend, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure.
• Drive modernization initiatives using AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure platform security, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Lead DevOps, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise-grade architecture initiatives.

Digital Product Development

• Lead end-to-end product development for:
• Wellness & Healthcare Platforms
• Retreat & Hospitality Applications
• Customer Experience Platforms
• CRM & Loyalty Ecosystems
• AI Recommendation Engines
• Smart Booking & Engagement Platforms
• Mobile & Web Applications
• Work closely with UI/UX teams to deliver intuitive and customer-focused experiences.

AI, Automation & Data Intelligence

• Implement AI/ML-based personalization, predictive analytics, and intelligent recommendation systems.
• Build data-driven platforms leveraging automation and customer analytics.
• Enable smart operational dashboards and business intelligence systems.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Build and mentor high-performing product, engineering, and QA teams.
• Align technology and product strategy with organizational growth plans.
• Coordinate with leadership teams for roadmap planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, agility, and customer-first thinking.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of experience in Product Engineering, SaaS Product Development, or Technology Leadership roles.
• Strong Product Management background with experience in:
• Product Strategy

• Product Roadmaps
• MVP Development
• User Experience & Customer Journey Design
• Agile Product Delivery
• Proven experience scaling digital products from concept to launch.
• Strong expertise in:
• Python (FastAPI/Django)
• Node.js
• React.js / Next.js
• MongoDB
• AWS Cloud
• AI/ML Integration
• Microservices Architecture
• Flutter
• Experience in HealthTech, HospitalityTech, WellnessTech, SaaS, Consumer-Tech, or Digital Platforms preferred.
• Exposure to AI-driven customer engagement systems and recommendation engines is highly preferred.
• Experience working with startup ecosystems and product innovation environments will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and business alignment capabilities.
