- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Oracle as our software partner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare and present proposals and business cases to potential clients.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Required technical and professional expertise:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of technology and consulting services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Domain knowledge of HR and/or finance and of Oracle or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience in the technology consulting industry.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Experience with analyzing industry trends, identifying areas of opportunity, and developing tailored solutions that address clients' specific pain points.
- Solution Optimization: Experience in optimizing integrated solutions to deliver increased value to clients, meeting their evolving business needs and expectations.
- Business Growth Initiatives: Experience with developing and implementing initiatives that drive business growth through tailored solutions, supporting IBM Consulting's objectives and strategies.
