Responsibilities include developing treatment plans incorporating behavioral health, pharmacy, therapy, nutrition, and surgery, monitoring ongoing care, and referring to specialists as needed.
Work is based at the Prineville Clinic, with a minimum of 40 hours/week, including participation in shared call rotations evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requires a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing, valid licensure, certifications, and outpatient experience. Preferred qualifications include a Doctorate, Oregon licensure, and 2+ years' family practice experience. Benefits include competitive salary, health plans, retirement, and paid time off.
