I'm hiring the person who fixes that — a Real Estate Acquisition Manager to join Waltz in Miami.

A bit about us:

Waltz is a Fintech / Proptech / WealthTech category-creator. We help international buyers purchase US real estate end-to-end — entity formation, banking, insurance, FX, and mortgage, all on one platform. Backed by two top global VCs and 50+ strategic angels, we already partner with Visa, BlackRock, Apollo, and many other financial institutions.

This role is for you if you're:

• An acquisitions manager from a real estate fund who wants real ownership over the playbook
• A real estate agent who's worked with investors and is tired of one-off transactions
• A multilingual realtor (Spanish or Portuguese a plus) ready to plug into a pipeline of international buyers — A licensed broker in 2+ of: FL, TX, GA, OH, PA, SC, NC (or others)

What you'd own:

• Building the property inventory pipeline across the 40+ states we operate in
• Cultivating relationships with brokers, realtors, turnkey providers, and other partners
• Matching properties to Waltz buyers and shepherding each deal to close
• Overseeing transaction compliance and contract execution — Building a team of superstars around you as the function scales
