Role Description

We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to run marketing across our 100+ unit system. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Founder, CEO, and Vice President. You'll set strategy with leadership and then execute it yourself across digital, social, email, PR, and franchisee marketing support. You won't have a team to start. You will have agencies, tools, and a real budget. If you've ever wanted to own the entire marketing function for a respected national brand, this is that seat.

What you'll own and execute:

  • System-wide brand strategy and brand fund deployment
  • Local Store Marketing playbooks, training, and franchisee support across 100+ units
  • Paid social, SEO, email/CRM, and content production
  • New store opening campaigns and grand opening playbooks
  • Social media, PR, and influencer partnerships
  • Agency and vendor management
  • Co-branded partnership activation

  • Qualifications

    • 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years at a franchisor, multi-unit restaurant, or multi-location retail brand
    • Hands-on operator. You write the copy, build the campaign, brief the agency, pull the report. You don't wait for a team to do it for you.
    • Strong digital execution skills: paid social, SEO, email, analytics, influencer marketing
    • Ability to move from a franchisee bulletin to an agency brief to a grand opening plan in the same day
    • Seeking broad ownership and direct CEO access, not a layered corporate seat


    Bonus points:

    • Restaurant, smoothie/juice, coffee, or wellness category experience
    • Hands-on with Square, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and influencer marketing platforms
    • Direct experience supporting 50+ franchised units


    Compensation:

    • Base: $85,000 to $100,000 depending on experience
    • Performance bonus: up to 15% of base, tied to AUV growth, franchise sales, and unit count milestones
    • Health insurance, PTO
