Your responsibilities as a Technical Business Analyst will be:

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs, improvement opportunities, and pain points in payments, onboarding, and reconciliation processes.
• Perform As-Is / To-Be analysis to map current processes and design optimized future-state workflows.
• Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and existing technical capabilities.
• Apply critical thinking to propose innovative solutions that maximize ROI and minimize risk.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes using AI/ML, improving operational efficiency and fraud detection.
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and cross-functional sessions.
• Document requirements as User Stories (As a / I want / So that) with detailed Acceptance Criteria (including Gherkin format).
• Create and maintain BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and documentation in tools like Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Ensure full traceability of requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement).
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlog based on business value.
• Act as a bridge between business, development, UX/UI, compliance, and operations teams.
• Support UAT, data validation, and defect management processes.

In addition, you can make a difference if you meet:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent professional title in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst in Fintech, Banking, Payments, or similar environments.
• Strong experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience writing acceptance criteria in Gherkin format (Given-When-Then).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to create process flows and diagrams (Visio, Lucidchart, Figma, or similar).
• Knowledge of APIs, data analysis, and basic SQL (preferred).
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell is a plus).
• Exposure to AI tools (Copilot, etc.) to enhance productivity.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fully Bilingual

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Available to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as needed, and the availability to travel as required to support projects in the region.
