Investment Manager

Your Responsibility

1.Analyze investment ideas through industry research, market research, macro-economy assessment, project risk to return analysis, and competitive analysis.

2.Be able to review and audit complex financial models equipped with VBA coding independently, and deliver precise calculation results at manager’s requests.

3.Support cross-border investment structuring and tax structuring (comprehend local tax regulations, and utilize external tax advisor’s guidance).

4.Support investment execution and post investment management. Track concise periodic minutes for sophisticated transaction progress.

5.Provide periodic project execution summary and risk monitoring matrix for top management review.

6.Review key transaction documents for proper risk allocation and management.

7.Support local business development team with analytical support.

8.Support M&A transaction (build and maintain data room, financial model scenarios, supporting investor Q&A process, coordinate with third parties and potential investors, etc.)

Our Requirements

1.Must be fluent in English and Mandarin. Third language (Spanish, etc) is a plus

2.Overseas education or professional experience or working in a multinational organization preferred

3.8+ years of relevant working experience (from consulting, investment banking, advisory, transaction service or corporate finance)

4.Strong ability to read and analyze complex transaction documents

5.Strong numerical analysis and logic building skills

6.Experienced with industry research to obtain market insights

7.Self-motivated, and eager to learn infrastructure investment and M&A

8.Detail oriented, and a results driven professional

9.Open to candidates with engineering backgrounds who had exposure in direct investment

10.Tax advisory, transaction legal, operation risk management, or asset management background is a plus

11.Experience from top tier transaction oriented environment is a plus
