In our 40th year, Scientific Dust Collectors® (SDC), a Venturedyne LTD company, designs and manufactures high-tech, high-quality air pollution control equipment used across a wide range of industries throughout North America.
Our patented UniFlow Supersonic Nozzle™ delivers industry-leading cleaning performance while helping customers reduce their carbon footprint.
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth and become a key member of our leadership team. This role works closely with the General Manager to execute sales strategy through our manufacturer’s representative network and channel partners across North America.
The primary objective is to develop, expand, and optimize our sales rep network to accelerate revenue growth.
What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and support our manufacturer’s representatives and channel sales partners to identify and close opportunities
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales partners across the U.S. and Canada
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, engineering firms, and key customers
- Balance responsibilities across ~80% sales and 20% marketing initiatives
- Support marketing efforts to strengthen the SDC brand and market presence
- Contribute to new product development and product line enhancements as you gain industry expertise
What You Will Need
- Experience managing and developing a manufacturer’s rep network or channel sales organization
- Strong preference for background in pollution control, dust collection, or industrial equipment
- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales leadership, or sales training
- Proven ability to develop and motivate external sales partners
- Willingness to travel (~25%) for reps, customers, and trade shows
- Based in Alsip, IL (Chicago area) – this is an in-office role (no remote option)

- Base Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + annual bonus + company paid benefits
