We are seeking a full-time on-site Store Manager for our Janesville, WI location. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising staff, driving sales, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role will also involve maintaining store presentation, meeting sales targets, and fostering a welcoming shopping environment for customers.

• Strong Communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with customers
• Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Operations for efficient day-to-day functioning
