Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team and take part in leading recruitment processes across the organization. This role is ideal for candidates with initial recruitment experience who are looking to grow professionally in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles (HQ, operational, and technological positions)
• Publish job postings across multiple platforms and conduct proactive sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn)
• Screen resumes and conducts phone interviews
• Support and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Work closely with hiring managers across the organization
• Improve and streamline recruitment processes and candidate experience

Requirements

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience – Must
• Experience in a recruitment agency or sourcing – significant advantage
• Experience recruiting for technological or industrial roles – advantage
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work מול multiple stakeholders
• Good level of English
