In this role, you will partner closely with the Division Controller and lead the oversight of a global shared services accounting function, ensuring best-in-class financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy. You’ll also be a key partner to plant finance and operations teams, helping drive consistency and insight across costing, inventory, and manufacturing performance.

What You’ll Own

  • Act as a key liaison across FP&A, plant finance, and operations, providing insights into financial performance and cost drivers
  • Lead and develop the Cost Accounting Manager and collaborate with plant finance teams to strengthen operational accounting capabilities
  • Ensure strong internal controls across manufacturing and finance processes, including inventory, fixed assets, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash
  • Oversee global shared services accounting operations (Accenture – Manila), driving accountability, service levels, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with IT to ensure systems, automation, and controls support accurate and efficient financial reporting
  • Lead audit coordination efforts, ensuring readiness for internal and external audits and timely resolution of findings
  • Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability

What We’re Looking For

  • CPA required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within CPG, food & beverage, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong cost accounting and inventory expertise, including standard costing, variance analysis, and plant operations support
  • Deep knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements
  • Proven experience in month-end close, general ledger oversight, and financial statement preparation
  • Experience working in or managing shared services or outsourced accounting models, preferably with global teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop accounting staff and partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills with FP&A, IT, and plant leadership teams
  • Track record of driving process improvements, strengthening controls, and enhancing financial visibility
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with experience supporting audits and presenting to leadership

Why Join Us?

  • Be a key leader in a complex, fast-moving CPG/manufacturing business
  • Make a direct impact on cost visibility, operational performance, and financial excellence
  • Work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with exposure to operations and executive leadership
  • Lead transformation across systems, shared services, and process optimization

Benefits We Offer Include:

  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Employer‑paid life & disability insurance
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 7 Company Paid Holidays
  • 24/7 Telemedicine & Employee Assistance Program
  • Optional voluntary benefits (legal, accident, identity protection)
