Role Overview


We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial commercial leader to independently drive and scale Gushcloud’s enterprise and government partnerships across the UAE.


This role is designed to establish new revenue channels and strategic relationships beyond existing business lines, with a strong focus on the Abu Dhabi ecosystem (including ADIO and related entities). The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy to originate, develop, and close large-scale opportunities across influencer marketing, content production, events, and integrated partnerships.


This is a front-line, revenue-driving role for a proven dealmaker who can build a pipeline from the ground up and convert strategic relationships into long-term commercial value.


Key Responsibilities


  • Independently originate and close new business opportunities with UAE government entities, ADIO ecosystem stakeholders, and large enterprise brands
  • Build and own a separate and diversified pipeline of strategic partnerships across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE
  • Establish direct relationships with senior decision-makers across public and private sectors without reliance on existing accounts
  • Lead negotiations and structure complex, multi-million-dollar commercial agreements
  • Unlock new revenue streams across influencer marketing, branded content, large-scale activations, and sponsorships
  • Identify white space opportunities within the UAE market and develop new partnership models
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions at scale
  • Continuously map and engage key stakeholders across ADIO, DCT, media zones, sovereign-linked entities, and top-tier brands


Minimum Requirements


  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Proven ability to independently source, develop, and close high-value deals
  • Strong, active network within UAE government entities, ADIO ecosystem, or major regional brands
  • Demonstrated success in building new business pipelines from zero
  • Highly driven, self-sufficient, and comfortable operating without reliance on existing structures
  • Deep understanding of the UAE commercial and regulatory landscape
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
