With a technical-first team (90% engineering) and strong AE + SE support, they’re preparing for hyper-growth and looking for top talent.

- OTE up to €300K with flexibility to go higher for exceptional senior candidates
- Full-cycle ownership: run deals from qualification to signature (handover to CS/Implementation afterward)

You are / You have:
- Fluent in German and strong in English
- Based in Munich (5 days per week in the office)
- 6+ years total SaaS sales experience
- Experience running €50–100K+ deals with 5–6 month cycles
- Comfortable in early-stage, unstructured, high-growth environments
