A rapidly scaling AI innovator backed by major investors is growing 8–10× in ARR and expanding globally (US launch planned).


With a technical-first team (90% engineering) and strong AE + SE support, they’re preparing for hyper-growth and looking for top talent.


What they offer you:

  • OTE up to €300K with flexibility to go higher for exceptional senior candidates
  • Full-cycle ownership: run deals from qualification to signature (handover to CS/Implementation afterward)

  • Selling into organizations with 1,000+ employees, cycles around 5 months

You are / You have:

  • Fluent in German and strong in English
  • Based in Munich (5 days per week in the office)
  • 6+ years total SaaS sales experience
  • Experience running €50–100K+ deals with 5–6 month cycles
  • Comfortable in early-stage, unstructured, high-growth environments
