The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with strong recruitment industry experience, supporting Directors, Founders or CEO-level leaders.
This role suits someone highly organized, proactive and confident supporting Directors, Founders or CEO-level leaders within the recruitment industry. You’ll be digitally confident, comfortable using modern systems and AI-enabled tools, and able to provide high-level calendar, inbox, coordination and operational support in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years’ Executive Assistant experience, supporting Founder, Director, CEO or senior leadership level.
- Previous experience supporting leaders within the recruitment industry is highly preferred.
- Exceptional calendar, inbox, meeting and priority management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising with internal teams and clients.
- Highly organized, proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Digitally confident, with strong experience using modern business systems, Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools.
