Our location in Budapest, with five employees, is part of the CEE region, with headquarters in Vienna. Together, we serve our customers in South/East Europe in the automotive, distribution, and industrial sectors.

Ihre Aufgaben – vielseitig und verantwortungsreich

• Supporting our customers in Hungary and CEE
• Processing quotations, orders, delivery schedules and shipping in SAP
• Reporting and documenting for traceability and quality insurance
• Proactive customer service and product advice
• Cross-team coordination and communication for the benefit of our customers
• Participating in the continuous improvement of processes

• Completed commercial school and professional experience in a comparable position
• SAP user knowledge or experience in a comparable ERP system
• Good general knowledge in MS Office and communication tools (Outlook, Teams,..)
• Very good written and spoken Hungarian and English skills, knowledge of German is an advantage
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Open and communicative personality
• Team player with cross-departmental engagement

We offer you an attractive salary and benefits package that corresponds to your experience and training as well as an annual salary increase corresponding to the increases in Austria. (Starting approx. HUF 750.000 gross/month).
